Student assistant for internal communication – Aller Group IT

Are you an outgoing communicator and knowledge of IT? Join Aller Group IT for an opportunity to gain valuable experience, put your theory in practice and take on an independent role building a platform for professional internal communications.

Aller Group IT manages IT for the Aller Group across Scandinavia. You will join a team of colleagues working across Scandinavia, supporting Aller Media in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark with digital development, subscription, sales and marketing applications and IT operations.

You will be part of shaping the new communication team in Group IT working closely with our CIO, new communications manager and management team in Group IT.


The role:

You will be part of a new and small group working to streamline and professionalize how we communicate and collaborate in Group IT.

You will handle our internal communication: building the new intranet, creating a platform for quality content and produce news stories, newsletters, video etc. to keep your colleagues and key stakeholders across the Nordics up to date with what is going on in Group IT.

You will also support our CIO, business relationship managers, communication and PMs with analysis and presentations, portfolio communication and event planning and coordination on an ad hoc basis.

You will work approximately 10-15 hours a week, which we plan together to fit Group IT priorities and your university schedule; lectures and exams etc.


Your qualifications:

Most importantly, you are interested in working with internal communication and creating content that can motivate and inform your colleagues.

You are well-structured, independent, and know how to collaborate with colleagues across borders, professions and all levels in the organization.

The job requires a high degree of autonomy and it is essential that you are entrepreneurial, proactive, enjoy working in an at time unpredictable environment and know how to prioritize your time.


You are studying communications at CBS, ITU or a similar university, and you have at least 2 years left of your studies. 


  • You have a sharp pen and strong written communication skills
  • You can manage MS office and digital communication channels, simple photo, content and video editing.
  • You have an analytical mindset and know how to structure your work
  • You understand and have an interest in the political dynamics of an international organization
  • You are fluent in English and a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish)
