About us

ONE IT is a Nordic IT organization within the Aller Group. We deliver IT services to our 2.500 colleagues throughout Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. The IT Service Desk team is responsible for providing excellent user experience and IT support to the organization. We work as a virtual team and we are physically placed in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will be placed at our office in Copenhagen or Stockholm.

We are in the middle of a transformation journey and with a lot of exciting and challenging topics on our agenda, we are now looking to strengthen our team. We deeply believe in acting and working as a team to support the business in the best possible way. About the job

You will be providing our users with excellent local IT support at the office where you are located, but at the same time you will also take part of a Nordic team where we help each other out and solve tickets across borders. We support our users on both Windows and Mac and you will be handling 1st and 2nd level tickets.

 

About you

As a person, you’re curious and enjoy learning new stuff, which you can quickly translate into real world cases that benefits our business and your colleagues. You’re great at what you do, but equally important you have a natural flair for service and you can put yourself in the user’s spot. You have a great sense of urgency and you get things done.

We expect you’re experienced within these areas:

  • Windows 7 and 10
  • macOS
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • ITIL Service Management and Service Now
  • Experience with working in a Nordic/International team is a plus

Om Aller Media A/S

Aller Medias A/S hovedaktiviteter er opdelt i to forretningsområder:

  • Udgiverenhed med produktion og udgivelse af egne ugeblade og magasiner på print og digitale platforme.
     
  • Medie Marketing services med produktion af kundemagasiner og medlemsblade samt salg af kommunikationsløsninger og rådgivning gennem OTW, DG Media og Aller Client Publishing.

På udgiverområdet er Aller Media A/S den førende udgiver af magasiner og ugeblade i Danmark med en markedsandel på 71 pct. på ugeblade og 22 pct. på magasiner. I alt læser flere end 2.6 mio. danskere hver måned et af Aller Media A/S mere end 25 blade og magasiner.

Sideløbende med blad- og magasinproduktion øges indtægterne på de digitale og mobile platforme, og med knap 1.8 mio. månedlige brugere er Aller Media A/S nr. 6 på den digitale udgiverliste, som Danske Medier Research står bag.
