ONE IT is a Nordic IT organization within the Aller Group. We deliver IT services to our 2.500 colleagues throughout Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. The IT Service Desk team is responsible for providing excellent user experience and IT support to the organization. We work as a virtual team and we are physically placed in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

About the job
You will be responsible for the daily management and performance of the ONE IT Service Desk team. Together with your team you will be responsible for delivering service excellence towards our internal customers and make sure that we deliver IT service in a professional and timely manner.

About the team and your manager
The Service Desk team consist of approx. 20 dedicated employees, and it will be your responsibility to mentor and develop them on daily basis. You will be reporting to and working close together with the Head of Operations and Service Desk. You can expect a dedicated and passionate leader, who is committed to your development and professional growth. You will be given a great level of freedom.
