What are my duties, you ask?
You will be working in IT operations in one of the best-known media houses in the Nordics. Things move fast and when something new is needed your team is responsible for the infrastructure to support the systems for business needs. Your responsibilities will be to plan and execute infrastructure changes, participate and drive infrastructure projects as well as be part of business driven projects together with development and application teams, project managers and other stakeholders. We aim for automation and a good foundation of governance.
- Ensuring that all processes for running the systems are thoroughly documented and regularly improved.
- Design and implement improvements for the infrastructure.
- Trouble shooting systems and especially the dependencies on the infrastructure
- Upgrading/patching and maintaining servers and systems.
- Implementing security on systems.
- Supporting projects and colleagues.
So, exactly what are we looking for?
You are experienced with the Microsoft platform such as Active Directory and Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, System Center etc. You have worked with Microsoft hybrid cloud environments in enterprises and want to join a company with a quick pace and a highly skilled infrastructure team.
Experience with S2D, Hyper-V,SQL or Office 365 is a plus or if you are experienced with Azure infrastructure and technologies like Azure Devops, git and working with pipelines to automate infrastructure deployments.
You have a good understanding of network. You can take the end-to-end responsibility for projects. You are hands on and implement changes yourself and do incident investigations. You enjoy working with many systems, on-prem, AWS, AZURE and other. You will be given freedom and support to succeed.
You will be responsible for security comply with our security requirements.
- Microsoft based infrastructure
- Azure infrastructure with a plus for network security and connectivity in a hybrid environment
- Powershell scripting
- Experience with Office 365, intune, SCCM will be a plus
- Structure approach to maintenance upgrades and patching
- Project management .

We are a Nordic team with specialists in Copenhagen and Sweden. We help our development colleagues and business customers across the Nordic and make sure we have a stable and scalable infrastructure. We have daily meetings on MS-Teams and open and positive communication with plenty of humour. We have a very flat organization, and every member of the team is taken seriously.
We have a very close working relationship between Operations and Service Desk, but also with the developers and the end user organisation.
